Sedona & Grand Canyon TRAVEL VLOG || Field Trip to AZ!

Hey guys, we did a day trip to both Sedona and the Grand Canyon in May! Here’s the vlog:

I know it sounds like a lot but it was so worth the experience. We saw Bell Rock and the Chapel of the Holy Cross in Sedona and then many view points around the Grand Canyon (South Rim). It felt like taking a field trip allover again with relearning a lot about Arizona!

Someday I hope to come back to see Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe bend!

Tips:

  • Bring water, sunscreen, and a hat if necessary!
  • If you’re going when its still breezy (bring a light/UV sweatshirt)

Desert Botanical Garden Exploring || PHOENIX, AZ ft. Chihuly + TIPS

Here’s one of many things to do in Phoenix, Arizona! The Desert Botanical Garden has so much for people of all ages to see and learn on the trails with different cactus types, a butterfly exhibit, and Chihuly works.

We figured out quickly if we had a favorite cactus type, because all of them are pretty much here!

Tips:
– Go early in the morning if you are going during the hot season. We got there at 8am and by 10am it was HOT.
– Bring water, sunscreen, and a hat if necessary!
– Plan for time, we thought we would spend 1-1.5 hours at the garden but ended up being there for 3 hours because it’s bigger than we thought!
– Book your tickets online in advance, some time slots may sell out.
The butterfly exhibit only operates in the springtime.
