Hey guys, here’s to another (and my last) semester of this CS series of blog posts!
Hopefully you will HIIT–or should I say reach–all of your professional and personal goals for this year. There’s so many things to always keep improving on but it’s always easier when you break things down to smaller changes or achievements.
Here’s a picture of one of my personal goals as can be seen in my university’s Wellness Center:
“This Year I Want to ______”
One day I will be able to get up there without being lifted…alright I’ve gotta get back to practicing my jumps.
Hey guys! Something I’ve been thinking about for a while finally became real, I created @samfitnessed on Instagram.
Feel free to follow me if you may be intimidated by the weights at the gym, need ways to stay fit outdoors or at home, or are just along for adventures; this is the fitness account for you!
Hey guys, short girl (5′) here! After years of trying on and buying pairs of leggings, I have found my favorite pairs. This is a video I created featuring me wearing them:
The brands include Aerie by American Eagle and Girlfriend Collective (which I also did a more thorough review on here).
In October I saw the ad for free leggings, just pay shipping and I decided to go for it and see what these leggings were like! It took 2 months to get to me since they were coming straight from their SA8000 factory in Vietnam. The timing couldn’t be any more perfect because I’m going through my obsession with high quality workout clothes right now!
I made an unboxing video and show what they look like on me and when I’m doing some basic yoga with them. Getting these was one of the best impulsive decisions I’ve made all year! Can’t wait to see what other goodies they will be featuring in 2017.
They’re free leggings promo is still available for now, so try them out if you’re interested before it’s too late! www.girlfriend.com (Isn’t their brand name so cute first of all!)
Here are some pics of me wearing them:

As you can see, they are not see through (yay!)
The leggings are made from water bottles (so cool, I know) which they turn into a yarn that can be used to create this fabric. I love what they stand for because they chose an SA8000 factory which means that the workers are paid fair wages and work in a safe environment while still producing high quality clothing.
Please note that I am just under 5 feet tall so they fit me a little long, if you’re of average height they will fit you just fine! I am wearing size S.
