Your girl is here to help you destress on top of this hectic semester she’s been going through. I’ve always wanted to start making calmer and more productive videos so here’s my first take on it.
Planning advice:
Put your contact info in ASAP, if you ever lose your planner aka your life, wouldn’t you want someone to let you know they’ve found it?
Create designated “planning” time, like Sunday mornings to relax and prepare for the upcoming week.
Get a master list of all the events/exams/projects/etc that you have to take on. Or you can just gather all of your syllabuses together.
INVEST IN STICKERS. Or at least colored pens and markers. I swear they’ll make becoming productive more enjoyable. And I mean, the more you spend money on something, the more you’ll feel the need to get use out of it, right?
I use a medium-sized ban.do agenda and ever since I joined a Facebook group called Planners Gone Wild, I have officially fallen in love with planning even more than before! These are a few of the shops that I have bought or received stickers from so far. I have 2 more orders on the way too! (One from FabulouslyPlannedCo again and another from PlanToPlan on Etsy.) I will definitely be making a new post about those.

I didn’t realize some of these were common “clip art” stickers that several shops use but I am in love with the cute armoire design. I’m either going to use it for my “laundry day” or days where I clean my room in general. The full boxes are from FabulouslyPlannedCo’s Planner Girl Collection. These are definitely going into my ban.do agenda for a busy college work week.
Past Elle Kit (EC Vertical/Happy Planner)Birthday Sprinkles Weekly Kit (EC Vertical)
I actually won these kits from TwinSixteen on Etsy through the Planners Gone Wild group on Facebook. I joined in August and ended up winning from Mari’s RAK. They are the only kits I have so far because I am too afraid to commit to a full set for a week or month. I especially love how she named one of them Past Elle instead of just Pastel.

This set right here is my first official small-business planner stickers order! Christy was having a $1 sticker sheets sale to help save her house and I ordered several sheets. As you can see, I’m an icon sticker girl, I’ve used at least a few from each sheet already and I love the quality, especially for the price! Christy’s sheets are conveniently hole punched too, I’ve seen other shops who charge extra for that. Even with the good deal, she included a little sampler set and I cannot wait to use those.
Comment down below if you have any sticker shop recommendations. I’m ready to continue building my collection!
If you want the Kate Spade look on a budget, this is the planner for you! It’s a Sugar Paper planner 2016-2017 available at Target, $10.99. I’m a very picky person when it comes to planners & stationery and finding this was a pleasant surprise. (Even though I caved a few days later and ordered a Ban.do agenda for $28, I’ll be doing a review on it later compared to the Lilly Pulitzer one.)
Contents:
dates to remember 2016-2019
contacts (7 pages/3.5 sheets)
July 2016-June 2017 weekly & monthly calendars
notes in the back (19 pages/9.5 sheets)
Pros:
the cover is fun to touch/feel, it’s smooth
the paper is good quality
weekly layout has no lines, perfect for decorating
it is pretty thin since it’s a 12 month planner so it fits easily into a bag/backpack
Cons:
the paper has a slightly funky smell (like dried shrimp) if you sniff it but fades a bit
doesn’t have a small folder or elastic band to hold it, but that’s just a personal preference for me
